Good pet hygiene is about much more than appearances. Pet grooming can help your dog feel comfortable and remain healthy. It can also help detect parasites, such as fleas and ticks, and facilitate early detection of medical conditions involving the skin and coat.
Working and hunting dogs are especially vulnerable to irritations and injuries to the skin and paws. A consistent grooming schedule helps prevent a relatively minor irritation, such as a scratch, puncture, insect bite, or torn nail, from becoming an uncomfortable or serious condition. Our professional groomer is trained to look for the specific concerns of your pet, based on medical history, pet type, age, and lifestyle.
During your visit to the True Care groomer, your pet is treated to a soothing bath with a gentle shampoo, conditioning & rinse, cut, dry & brush out, nail trimming, teeth brushing and a nice peaceful walk.
You may request special grooming treatments, such as medicated baths, flea treatments, or special clips. In addition, you may wish to schedule additional services during the visit, such as ear cleaning. Consider combining your pet’s wellness exam with a visit to the groomer for a bit of extra pampering after his or her check-up.
Our professional groomer has experience with dogs of all breeds and hair types and can provide basic grooming services to meet your needs. Your True Care groomer is trained to look for problems that could be harmful to your pet, such as a medical condition of the skin or coat.
If our groomer notices conditions that may be of medical concern during the grooming process, we will inform you immediately and schedule an appointment with our veterinarian if necessary..

Molly and Oscar have been patients of Dr. Tullio for several years. I have been very pleased with his care‚ his expertise‚ and his understanding with my two Wheatens. Dr. Tullio has been quick to diagnose any issues and remedy all of the problems we’ve had. I look forward to many more years working with Dr. Tullio. I wish him well in his venture.
When my parents’ dog Kya died very suddenly a few years ago‚ their regular vet was not at work that day. But thankfully‚ Dr. Tullio was and treated my parents and their dog as if he was their doctor for the past 15 years—doing everything he could to try and revive Kya and by being so compassionate to my parents in the waiting room after having to deliver the sad news. We truly can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Tullio and can’t wait for him to open his new facility! Thank you.

Doctor Tullio is a kind, caring gentleman who has cared for my cocker spaniels for many years now. He has always been helpful‚ honest‚ and understanding with my pets and me.
